Global Talent Sourcing Professional

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to source, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preparing and posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms, organizing and coordinating interview processes, and participating in regional Employer Branding projects.
This position requires a results-driven and energetic individual who is passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as sourcing and headhunting experience and skills.
We are looking for someone who is an expert in using social media sites, LinkedIn, and global and regional job boards. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and excellent oral and written communication skills in English are also essential.
