The Role

As the Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee a diverse group of professionals (including engineers, product specialists, and program managers) focused on developing Fuel iX, an advanced AI platform designed to assist enterprises in optimizing and enhancing AI-driven intelligent experiences (iX). This position is crucial for the advancement and refinement of our top-tier AI engine, ensuring it provides flexibility, control, productivity, and trust to businesses globally.

Work Environment and Flexibility

This position offers a hybrid work model. This structure allows for working from one of our offices a specified number of days each month. Our office culture is tailored to promote in-person innovation, collaboration, and connections with colleagues both local and from other global locations.

Required Qualifications

A strong passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills A belief in independence and taking initiative A minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience managing a team of software engineers in the development of digital products, with a focus on team growth through goal-setting, coaching, and constructive feedback Comfort in navigating challenging conversations while prioritizing the interests of clients and team members Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Agile methodologies, and collaborative work techniques Proven experience in delivering a complete digital product, ensuring code quality, security, scalability, and thorough testing Ability to simplify and articulate complex issues related to technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks
