Job Description:

Enhancing employee skills and knowledge is a top priority for any organization. As a Training and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Competency Mapping: Identify job and team competencies to develop targeted training initiatives
  • Performance Evaluation Systems: Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and compensation structures
  • Feedback and Coaching: Conduct performance and competency evaluations, delivering feedback to foster an open and communicative environment
  • Talent Development: Promote technical training and personal development initiatives
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and promote employee integration events
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction, reward performance and results, and boost team engagement and motivation
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvement
  • Training Effectiveness: Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Behavioral Analysis Tools: Familiarity with behavioral analysis tools (DISC, MBTI)
