The Regional Learning and Development Program Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering best practices in leadership learning programs and cross-functional initiatives within the region.
This position supports the implementation and promotion of lifelong learning approaches and digital skills across the region, ensuring alignment with agreed plans and regional demands.
- Coordinate diverse global and regional programs according to demand and plan.
- Design and deliver team effectiveness and coaching sessions for management teams and N-1 teams.
- Promote standards, frameworks, tools, and methodologies for developing tailored leadership and cross-functional programs.
- Collaborate on technological solutions to enhance learning and development skills.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and quality provision.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven facilitation, coaching, and leadership expertise.
- Leadership experience in HR functions, including CoC, CoS, and HRBP roles.
- Familiarity with matrix environments and effective stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
