The Regional Learning Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-impact programs aligned with regional needs and goals. This includes coordinating diverse programs from the global catalogue, collaborating with the Global L&D Team to achieve continuous improvements, and designing effective team coaching sessions.
A key aspect of this role is managing regional vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and quality provision to markets. Strong facilitation skills, coaching, and leadership best practices are essential for success in this position.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Master's Level education or equivalent, along with strong stakeholder management experience at the highest organizational levels. Leadership exposure across various HR functions and the ability to work within a matrix environment are also highly valued.
