Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking, and build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud is an advantage. Flexibility to travel as needed.
