This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling operational, technical, and maintenance-related activities in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate will possess project management skills, with experience in shipping and budget management. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Spanish being an asset.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with field service or external subcontractors, supporting customers in preparing for scheduled maintenance, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Additional duties may include reviewing and approving costs, preparing invoices, and maintaining records of activities and contractual requirements.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
