About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our Brazil Stores People Experience and Technology team as a Sr. HR Business Partner. This role will partner with Brazil Stores leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives that enable business outcomes and build a world-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions to deliver world-class people initiatives and results.
  • Work with managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Have a passion for data and process improvement with a keen interest in experimentation.
  • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
  • Experience working in a start-up-like environment where the pace is quick and your responsibilities stretch between tactical and strategic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related areas.
  • Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting different employee types and organizational functions.
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
  • Able to travel, as needed.
  • Experience working with a global team.
  • Experience in the administration of compensation and benefit plans, employee relations, and talent management programs.
  • Experience assessing employee and management talent.
  • HR specialization area as a program manager preferred.
