Job Overview:This role involves delivering top-notch software support services to clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Configuration: Receive customer requests, document them accurately, and analyze problems to provide tailored solutions within defined parameters (low to medium complexity).
- Problem Solving: Offer assistance in regional offices (50% of total tickets) or global support as needed, and conduct training sessions for employees and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Highly desirable: English proficiency (oral and written).
- Modular Applications Certificate (Dispatch, MineCare, ProVision).
- Proficiency in one programming language (Modular Forms mandatory, other languages desirable).
- Familiarity with Computing and operational systems (Windows, Linux), and SQL Databases (mandatory).
