We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales of our portfolio in the soybean, cotton and corn industry.

  • Business administration and support to distributors aiming to develop this business in the country.
  • Technical support to commercial partners.
  • Local follow up of products development and sales of our commercial partners.
  • Sales and customer service to key clients and distributors.
  • Build a close relation to key customers and distributors.
  • Provide technical support to vendors (internal and external).
  • Guide customers on questions/problems, solve quality problems/customer complaints, guide customers and sales team in the use of products.
  • Closely work with CROs, researchers and consultants.
  • Develop protocols and check contracts.
  • Follow up of trials and report results.
  • Investigate and identify business opportunities (performance of new and existing products) and threats (competition, releases, acquisitions etc.).
  • Design and follow field trials and experiments with the company's products.
Requirements
  • Graduated in Agronomy Eng. or other sufficient education.
  • Experience in the crop protection industry.
  • Experience in the seed treatment industry.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Field experiment trial design and evaluation.
  • Experience with seed applied (bio)pesticides.
  • Production of agricultural crops.
  • Phytopathology experience.
  • Technical communication and presentation.
  • Market and Marketing Skills.
  • Strategic Planning and Business negotiation.
  • New Product Development.
