Senior Business Development Specialist for Animal Nutrition

We are seeking an experienced Regional Swine Account Manager to lead sales for probiotics and enzymes portfolio for Swine segment. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing distributors and developing strong relationships with direct customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and direct customers
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support decision making
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
  • Experience in Swine Nutrition and Health
  • Proven track record in sales and account management within Animal nutrition / health
  • Strong knowledge of Swine market and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel frequently with the territory (at least 50% of time)
  • Intermediate level or higher in English
  • Team worker
