Transforming Sales Strategies: A Strategic Role in Deal Desk Operations

Job Overview

This is a dynamic position within the Global GTM Operations Team, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales team success by efficiently managing deal desks and renewal processes. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in shaping our data infrastructure, systems, and processes that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure sales agreements to meet client needs and internal policies.
  • Evaluate deal profitability, compliance risks, and revenue recognition impact.
  • Provide pricing, discount, and deal structure guidance to Sales and CS teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales to secure approvals and resolve deal blockers.
  • Streamline and optimize deal desk and renewal workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure deals adhere to company policies, legal standards, and margin guidelines.
  • Develop dashboards and reports on deal trends, pipeline, and performance.
  • Identify potential risks early in negotiations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Share best practices and standardize templates for repeatable deal types.
  • Enhance CRM workflows (HubSpot) and integrate deal desk data.
  • Automate approval processes and improve deal forecasting capabilities.
  • Document processes and train GTM teams on deal desk usage.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Commercial Finance, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of commercial terms, deal structures, and B2B pricing models.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems (HubSpot and Pandadoc are an advantage), with expertise in building scalable workflows and approval processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve deal challenges and boost velocity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and scalability.
  • Capacity to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Alignment with the company's mission and values.
