Team Overview:
The Partner Management Hub (PMH) is a worldwide team of skilled professionals dedicated to managing partner relationships through a digital-first approach, aimed at optimizing the performance of the SAP Ecosystem. We oversee the comprehensive business relationship with SAP Partners and manage performance throughout the indirect Customer Value Journey, encompassing Sales, Post Sales, Transformation, and Innovation.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Spanish and Advanced English;
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Communication, or related fields; MBA is preferred;
- Results-driven with robust leadership capabilities, both with and without direct authority;
- Understanding of Market Dynamics & IT Competitors;
- Familiarity with cloud solutions in a B2B context;
- Experience in Account, Opportunity, and Territory Management;
- Proficient in New Business Development and Prospecting;
- Able to influence without direct authority;
- Proactive team player;
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams across different regions;
- Strong Analytical Skills.
Professional Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT business functions and related fields (Sales, Customer Service, Consulting);
- Experience in a partner-facing capacity;
- Experience with Alliances is highly advantageous;
- Familiarity with SAP Products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
- Oversee and ensure accountability for partner business performance, including business planning, demand generation, sales, delivery, solution adoption, and renewals;
- Act as the primary contact for developing the partner relationship with SAP, managing all interactions with SAP stakeholders to foster partner investments and growth in SAP's solutions portfolio;
- Build and maintain active, long-term relationships with partners across various roles (executives, sales, marketing, technical, etc.), staying informed about changes within the partner's organization and the evolving landscape at SAP;
- Comprehend the partner's business model, economics, and key drivers influencing their decisions;
- Facilitate joint annual business planning with partners to ensure effective execution of Sales, Marketing, and Enablement strategies;
- Share relevant best practices for demand generation and pipeline development;
- Assist partners in expanding their SAP presence within the innovative solution portfolio, integrating these solutions into pipeline development and demand generation strategies;
- Monitor partner demand generation initiatives to align with SAP's current market messaging;
- Coordinate partner enablement efforts to promote self-sufficiency from demand generation to deal closure;
- Manage the allocation of SAP resources (i.e., Pre-Sales, Training, Services, etc.) effectively;
- Communicate the SAP portfolio in terms of both customer and partner value propositions.
