Job Overview

We're looking for a professional to play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance. This dynamic, high-growth industry offers exciting opportunities for career advancement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with API implementations, complex systems, and client-facing roles.

The role requires:

  • Ensuring smooth operation of API and complex implementations.
  • Supporting sales teams and clients pre and post-sales.
  • Managing client implementation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with operations and security teams to maintain high standards.
  • Gathering requirements for enhancements and ensuring clients use the latest functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure API and complex implementations are running smoothly and clients get an optimal onboarding and integration process.
  2. Support the Sales Team and the Client in pre and post sales.
  3. Manage the Client's implementation throughout the lifecycle.
  4. Work with Operations and Security to ensure highest standards are met.
  5. Gather requirements for enhancements and ensure Clients are using the latest and most appropriate functionality.
  6. Document requirements, analyze development or operational changes and present potential solutions to colleagues in Technology and Product.
  7. Execute plans, monitor progress and adjust timelines or scope accordingly.
  8. Report progress and communicate updates to third parties and internally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years previous experience in a technical role.
  • Working with requirements documents, test cases, use cases, reporting.
  • Experience of working on projects, problem solving & time management.
  • Experience with APIs: SOAP XML / JSON, Postman, Jira.
  • Host to host protocols like SFTP.
  • Ability to debug or review logs.
  • Advanced English; excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills.
