About the Role:

As a specialist in last mile logistics, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Operations Monitoring: Collaborate with carriers to monitor parcel distribution and track delivery activities, focusing on achieving high on-time delivery rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze key metrics such as on-time delivery rates and delivery success, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with last mile delivery partners regarding service status, volume updates, and operational needs to support service level goals.
  • Procedure Standardization: Familiarize yourself with established best practices in last mile logistics and contribute to updating documents and guidelines as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Share ideas and feedback to identify areas for improvement in delivery operations and assist in implementing simple optimization initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Support the team in identifying and addressing delivery problems, maintaining clear communication and escalating issues when necessary.
