Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our local sales team in LATAM, ensuring best-in-class customer service to clients both internally and externally.

  • Partner with the sales team to drive revenue by optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative solutions for customers.
  • Establish and strengthen key regional client relationships, focusing on driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to improve results.
  2. Conduct regular regional business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  4. Investigate and troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
  5. Support sales team on presale research and pitches for regional campaigns.
  6. Manage campaign timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and ad units.
  8. Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices.
  9. Analyze regional campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
  10. Work with global and regional stakeholders to engage with TikTok's advertising/media clients and grow ad revenue.
  11. Identify areas of common concern and develop standards to improve workflows.
Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management/media services roles in digital marketing.

2. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.

3. Excellent collaboration skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.

5. Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
