We are looking for a highly skilled leader to head our support engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical support and leadership who can inspire and mentor their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a high-performing team of support engineers.
- Leading transformations of support workflows and decision-making processes.
- Owning and optimizing core support processes.
- Establishing performance metrics and ensuring high performance and efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining customer retention.
- Identifying training needs for the technical support team and providing resources for their growth.
- Designing and implementing enterprise-grade support processes and service delivery models.

What You'll Do- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services.
- Learn about support tools, systems, workflows, and escalation processes.
- Analyze existing KPIs.
- BUILD strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in ticket handling, response times, and escalation paths.
- Meet regularly with direct reports and cross-functional leaders.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Introduce quality control measures to ensure excellence.
- Develop a robust onboarding program to get new hires up to speed quickly.
- Improve reporting and analytics dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
- Begin developing long-term strategies for support.
5+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
3+ years in leadership roles, with a proven ability to build and scale support organizations.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical topics.
Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud architectures.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-level strategies.
