We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth through retention and expansion of key customer relationships. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer lifetime value by working closely with high-value accounts to ensure their success with our platform.
The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, have a proven track record of growing revenue within existing B2B accounts, and possess strong presentation skills. Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or workflow automation is highly valued.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain key customer relationships
- Build deep relationships with clients to understand their goals, product fit, and usage patterns
- Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive retention strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to explore growth opportunities within the book of business
- Deliver regular business reviews and consultative planning sessions to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records and forecast health in CRM systems
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or solution delivery
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing B2B accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to uncover customer needs and turn them into expansion plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or workflow automation is highly valued
