As the world rapidly evolves, the need for innovative crime prevention and investigation methods grows. To stay ahead of the curve, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brazil.

This high-profile, client-facing role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to our customer base, developing long-term relationships, and driving value throughout the post-sales journey.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in customer success, with a proven track record of leading onboarding and renewal processes for complex products and environments.

A strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are essential for this role.

Multitasking, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time are also required.

We're looking for someone with exceptional English proficiency, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
