Key Responsibilities:

Client Development
  • Implement a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and events
  • Ensure effective execution of CRM initiatives to drive client loyalty and retention
Operations
  • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to company policies

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related field.
