
Business Development Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to drive business opportunities, support engineering teams, and strengthen relationships to expand our market presence.
This role reports directly to the Portfolio Manager.
Your Responsibilities- Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and industry leaders to enhance our electrical panel market share.
- Provide expert technical and commercial guidance for frequency inverter applications in electrical panels.
- Coordinate international partnerships and local supplier alignments for optimal technical and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor project execution from sales consolidation to final delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
- Participate in product approvals and technical presentations to promote innovative solutions to key customers.
- Contribute to capacity-building activities through technical guidance and training programs.
- A high school diploma is required, preferably in Mechanics or related fields.
- Experience in electrical panel mechanics is essential.
- You must have experience developing new business with partners and suppliers.
- Ability to travel within Brazil is necessary.
- Advanced English language skills are beneficial.
- Knowledge of cabinet suppliers can be advantageous.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing is desirable.
- Knowledge in frequency inverter applications can be helpful.
