As a seasoned Infrastructure Systems Expert, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and utilizing your expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain hardware, software, communications, and application solutions, as well as resources needed to plan, develop, provide, and support IT products and services subject to engineering.
  • Prepare for new or modified services, manage change processes, and maintain professional, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee system and service performance regarding their contribution to business performance, and manage acquired services, including externalized services, virtual private networks, and public networks.

Some typical contributions include planning contingencies, risks, and service level reports. You will apply technical knowledge primarily in an implementation and billable services environment for both internal and external clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Production Support for EAI at Sprint
  • Work some evenings and weekends on a rotational basis as part of a team providing 24 x 7 production support
  • Advanced or fluent English
