**Job Title:** Enablement Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enablement Program Manager to oversee and manage programs and projects related to training across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL).

  • The successful candidate will participate in global teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
  • They will be responsible for completing small to medium-sized projects assigned and managing the lifecycle of small to medium-sized projects from development to implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for operational goals and project-level financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent project management skills, facilitation and consulting abilities, business and financial planning acumen, leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills. Additionally, you should have a first-level university degree or advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience, typically 1-3 years of experience.

  • You will be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Forms.
  • Knowledge of Power Query M, DAX, Power FX, and UI/UX principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with ELT process using Power BI Data Flows, intermediate database management, and maintenance is required.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator, are desirable.
