Finance Operations Specialist

Financial operations management involves overseeing the company's financial activities. This entails ensuring accurate and timely payments, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, and collaborating closely with the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process national purchase invoices, taxes, expenses reports, and other transactions by applying credit/debit notes.
- Offer daily customer support related to payments and bank settings for both internal and external clients to resolve issues promptly.
- Calculate key metrics for the area and produce monthly reports.
- Perform AP System vs Banks reconciliation and assist the RTR team in reconciling accounts involving Accounts Payable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- This position demands payment process expertise and analytical abilities.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with other team members and internal/external clients.
