As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Process payments for national purchases, taxes, and expenses, ensuring accurate application of credits and debits.
  • Provide customer service related to payment inquiries and bank configurations for internal clients and external suppliers on a daily basis to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
  • Calculate key performance metrics for the area and generate monthly reports to support business decision-making.
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations (AP system versus banks) and collaborate with the RTR team to reconcile accounts involving Accounts Payable.
