Human Resources Internship OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational activities related to data, processes, and HR systems across LATAM countries.Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support for operational activities related to data, processes, and HR systems across LATAM countries.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to assist with the registration process for new hires.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including receiving and processing documents for newly admitted employees, scheduling pre-employment medical exams (ASO) for new hires, ensuring all new hires are correctly enrolled in applicable benefits, creating, updating, and maintaining employee personnel files, and serving as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).
  • Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields, with expected graduation by June 2027.
  • Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
