Key Account Manager

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving vendor performance and fostering strategic relationships. You will work closely with key vendors to analyze business data, improve terms, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top vendors to drive sales growth, improve product offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with vendors to identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience working with data-driven tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Access or SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
