About the Role

We are seeking an Immigration Lead to join our team. As an Immigration Lead, you will be responsible for providing support for all company immigration matters, building effective relationships with providers or internal employees who manage immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving immigration issues by choosing a strategy to best fit the operational need and compliance risk.
  • Managing vendor relationships and acting as their immigration go-to person for region-specific activities.
  • Providing Immigration quota guidance and support.
  • Involving in immigration audits, e.g., to ensure collection of necessary data from vendor and for post-audit process review.
  • Driving 100% compliance in accordance with BH regulations within regional immigration portfolio and report compliance concerns.
  • Leading immigration-related projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Intensive experience with professional immigration.
  • Able to fluently speak and write in English.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of immigration processes in LATAM region.
  • Project experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Resourceful and self-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing organization and prioritization skills.
