Marketing Strategy Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop marketing programs to support product launches, promotion, and lifecycle management. As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in guiding product planning, launches, management, market development, and research by identifying customer needs and business opportunities to bring products from concept to market.

You will work closely with global and local teams to identify marketing opportunities, manage projects through to completion, and coordinate regional activities to strengthen collaboration and build partnerships. Your expertise will be valuable in coordinating trade shows, website initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and campaign tracking to evaluate results and recommend future marketing activities.

A strong relationship builder, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and implement marketing strategies tailored to the diverse market dynamics of Latin America. You will conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and collaborate with clinical, education, and sales teams to deliver training and content that support proper product use.

With your digital marketing skills, you will leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand presence and track campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations. You will also manage marketing program budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategic planning and life cycle management, including launching products and innovative technologies. Proficiency in English and Spanish are required (reading, writing and speaking), and proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with knowledge of Latin American regulatory and compliance standards is essential. Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment is also required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide product planning, launches, management, market development, and research by identifying customer needs and business opportunities to bring products from concept to market.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategic planning and life cycle management, including launching products and innovative technologies.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish are required (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with knowledge of Latin American regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
