The Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. is seeking a Key Account Development Manager to expand business in the distributors/distributed generation sectors focused on the Brazilian market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships, promote sales of products and services, and conduct regular visits to gather information and customer needs.
- Perform account management and support, develop strategies according to customer type and current legislation of the country of operation.
- Review and negotiate contracts together with the legal department.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate prices, and analyze previous forecasts to ensure effective stock strategies based on customer projects.
- Monitor market developments, consolidate competitors' information, and proactively develop future solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Desirable: Graduate or MBA in Business Management.
- Sales Methods and Techniques; Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basics of Electrical and Communication (networks).
- Knowledge about solar energy solutions and market trends.
- Experience with distributors, integrators, and experts in the solar area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Valid driver license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluent/Advanced language skills in English.
