About the Opportunity

The Country Finance Manager role offers a chance to oversee accounting operations for all construction sites and locations in the country, ensuring timely financial statements and compliance with local and state reporting requirements.

This position involves collaborating closely with the country team, reporting directly to the Head of Department and the Country Operation Director.

  1. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, managing banks, and outsourced functions.
  2. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and controls over transactions.
  3. Process payments, prepare payroll, and ensure periodic bank reconciliations are completed.
  4. Issue monthly financial statements, coordinate corporate reports, and calculate financial metrics.
  5. Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and ensure compliance with protocols and brand standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and corporate procedures.
  • Fluent or capable of working in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong work ethics, organization, time management skills, and communication abilities.
