**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales and Community Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our business centre while driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best, developing their skills to drive success.
  • Promote the centre to new customers, showcasing the benefits of flexible workspace.
  • Generate leads through engaging networking events within your community.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in managing a smooth-running operation. You will need to be an accomplished multitasker, able to anticipate issues and keep a team motivated and focused on excellence.

Requirements:

  • A good communicator, accustomed to dealing with customers.
  • Confident, approachable, and skilled at building strong relationships with customers.
  • A great manager, who leads by example and knows how to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other basic IT packages.
