Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Global Talent. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to securing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to securing a deal.
  • Communicate and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and other teams to achieve sales quotas and extract referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing, demonstrate ROI, and manage proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of closing deals as well as the effort to achieve it through meetings, calls, and referrals targets per month.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • 2-4 years of new business sales experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a closing role.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and extracting referrals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curious, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in French and English.
