About the Job

CHC Navigation is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand its presence in the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BtoB sales and dealer management, with a strong understanding of the geospatial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve regional sales targets and maximize sales volumes
  • Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts
  • Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities
  • Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors
  • Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders
  • Propose, organize, and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows
  • Generate, develop, and nurture new market opportunities
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or engineering
  • Fluent Portuguese and professional level of English - written and oral - are mandatory
  • Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position
  • Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit
  • Possesses strong negotiation and must be an excellent face-to-face communicator

Travel Requirements:

This position is based in Campinas, Brazil, and requires frequent travel within Latin American Area, including travel to business partner/client locations, trade shows, and visits to strategic accounts.
