We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your primary duties will include receiving, prioritizing, and managing service desk tickets using ServiceNow. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, as well as providing direct support to users with system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries.
In addition, you will maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions, and monitor service desk activity to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and ServiceNow
- Desirable skills: Advanced Spanish language proficiency, experience with laptop/desktop (Windows), O365, and customer service
