Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Receiving, prioritizing, and managing service desk tickets using ServiceNow
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Providing direct support to users, helping them with system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries
  4. Maintaining detailed documentation of issues and solutions
  5. Monitoring service desk activity and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish language skills
  • Customer service experience in a technical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and ServiceNow
