About the Role

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee hospitality assignments and guarantee optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and decision-making abilities. Experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Hospitality, or related areas is highly desirable. Proficiency in local regulations related to hospitality and food services is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring internal customer satisfaction and adherence to sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Monitoring service usage metrics and guest behavior
  • Preparing and maintaining performance reports
  • Leading hospitality projects from start to finish
  • Contributing to annual operating, utilities, and capital plans
  • Defining and implementing action plans in case of hospitality service failures
  • Supporting bidding and service negotiation processes
  • Managing and responding to government audits and inspections
  • Coordinating initiatives to comply with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English and/or Spanish
  • Solid experience in leadership, project management, and decision-making
  • Strong experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Hospitality, or related areas
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to hospitality and food services
