About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
- Become an expert on Zendesk products and articulate their value to informed buyers
- Be the voice of our customers, understanding their needs and making them champions
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
Requirements
- 1+ years of enterprise (B2B) Sales experience; computer software industry experience is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task
