About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products and articulate their value to informed buyers
  • Be the voice of our customers, understanding their needs and making them champions
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • 1+ years of enterprise (B2B) Sales experience; computer software industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market
  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task
