Job Title: HR Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a key member of the global talent acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and employees, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees.

  • Manage all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns.

Responsible for managing the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews. Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets.

  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless departure process.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.


Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Hands-on experience/knowledge of policy administration, compensation & payroll is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment.
