Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing assigned work based on priority and responding to customer queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests.
  • Discuss with onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore.
  • Work closely with SMEs and Key-users to know their requirements and issues.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with product vendors for handling product bugs.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge on ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, SLA).
  • Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products like Revu Standard, Revu CAD, Revu Extreme and other relevant applications.
  • Good knowledge in Bluebeam product license administration and product assignments, installation, bug fixes.
  • Leadership and mentoring capacities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Linux Administration
  • Good organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Creation of license usage & denial reports and budget allocation reports periodically.
  • Working with different stakeholders to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues.
