Energy Transition Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Energy Transition Analyst to join our Latin America research team.

  • This role involves conducting in-depth research and analysis on energy transition in Latin America, identifying topics of interest to clients, and developing market-driving products, data sets, forecasts, and tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in energy or commodities gained within a research, analysis, consulting, publishing, trading, energy/utilities, financial or investment environment.

  • Key skills include proficiency in Excel, including experience working with large datasets and building models, as well as excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

A bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, economics or humanities discipline is required. Fluency in English and native Spanish language skills are also essential.

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate creative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to present research findings to clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for energy transition in Latin America
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Analyze complex subjects quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Present research findings at conferences and communicate effectively with clients and prospects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in energy or commodities
  • Proficiency in Excel and data modeling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Native Spanish and fluent English language skills
