The B2B Analytics Senior Manager will join our global Marketing Operations team, with a primary focus on the US B2B market. This role requires generating strategic insights that shape our global approach while delivering deep, localized analysis to accelerate growth in the US.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations, translating complex data into clear business narratives that drive decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accelerating US growth by providing granular, market-specific insights to improve campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue contribution
- Driving global strategy by analyzing macro-level trends and performance benchmarks to inform and optimize our global marketing strategy
- Data & Reporting: collecting and analyzing data from various sources to produce analyses for both global and US needs
- Innovation: identifying, evaluating, and advocating for AI-powered tools and innovative solutions to improve data analysis and our comprehension of the B2B ecosystem
We are looking for a senior professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on analytical expertise, bringing a consultative mindset to help us strengthen our data-driven marketing capabilities and expand our impact in the B2B space.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong foundation in data analysis, including statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and attribution modeling
- B2B marketing acumen, including expertise in key metrics, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle stages
- Technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Marketo, CRM like Salesforce, and BI Tools like Tableau or Looker
