Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an effective pipeline strategy to identify and manage M&A opportunities through Salesforce CRM and create market maps to build strong industry relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meaningful contacts and measurable sourcing KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to qualify and prioritize M&A opportunities efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of the lead database across portfolio verticals.
  • Qualify opportunities effectively to maintain focus for Portfolio Managers.
Essential Qualifications
  • Advanced communication skills with confidence to interact with CEOs, corporate development professionals, and other executives.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency and exceptional work ethic.

This role requires occasional travel to countries in South America.
