
Strategic Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in business development or a sales position at a software company, with expertise in M&A and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an effective pipeline strategy to identify and manage M&A opportunities through Salesforce CRM and create market maps to build strong industry relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meaningful contacts and measurable sourcing KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to qualify and prioritize M&A opportunities efficiently.
- Ensure accurate allocation of the lead database across portfolio verticals.
- Qualify opportunities effectively to maintain focus for Portfolio Managers.
- Advanced communication skills with confidence to interact with CEOs, corporate development professionals, and other executives.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours with a high level of professionalism.
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and exceptional work ethic.
This role requires occasional travel to countries in South America.
