Business Partner Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to support the PDI Brazil business. This key role will focus on talent management, organizational development, and workforce optimization, as well as change management, rewards, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead succession planning by identifying internal and external candidates to ensure a pipeline for staff and BU positions, aligned with development plans, career interests, and business needs/strategy
  • Oversee performance evaluations, maintaining regular communication with employees and leaders to ensure timely completion and fairness based on results and employee goals
  • Develop survey action plans proposing actions based on employee feedback from global and local surveys, considering diverse functions
  • Manage hiring processes for contractors and hourly employees
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire salary positions
  • Ensure competitive compensation packages, analyzing data to ensure compliance with internal policies and retention strategies
  • Union and Labor activities management
  • Calculate local benefits (PPR, VR, VT)
  • Analyze compensation information for new hires, promotions, and salary upgrades to ensure competitiveness and compliance with job descriptions, internal policies, and business decisions
  • Participate in profit plan processes
  • Manage local HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support endomarketing initiatives and events for employees
