Job Profile

The role of Senior Manager Functional Services involves overseeing the workforce and customer interactions in the Brazil region. To be successful, one must have extensive senior management experience and proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer escalations and engage team members, customers, and relevant groups as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service level agreements (SLAs) and internal productivity targets.
  • Define and execute services, manage resources, and prioritize work assignments.
  • Analyze metrics and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure process compliance and oversee quality audits.
  • Proactively escalate matters to senior management as required.
  • Resolve contract and invoicing issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with customers to establish them as references.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SaaS - Fusion HCM, ERP, SCM solutions.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SaaS - CX suite of products.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS - EPM Suite of products.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud Services.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PaaS for SaaS.
  • Expertise in Apps Unlimited - EBS, PSFT, JDE, Hyperion systems.
Accountabilities
  • Escalation management: assumes a leadership role in incident management, monitors progress, assigns tasks, and manages routing as necessary.
  • Manages customer escalations and engages team members, customers, various Oracle groups as needed.
  • Responsible for adherence to customer SLAs as well as internal productivity targets.
Education and Experience
  • Senior manager in Sao Paulo with experience managing workforce and customers in the Brazil region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages.
