About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design of HR Strategy for Latin America based on data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR Strategy in line with business objectives, utilizing internal and external data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective learning strategies.
  • Support local HR Teams across Samsung subsidiaries in LATAM.
  • Foster a pipeline of skilled professionals for leadership roles through talent management initiatives.
  • Drive DEI efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, monitoring progress and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Travel throughout LATAM countries to collaborate with local teams and ensure successful strategy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, team buildings, and other related activities.
  • Expertise in Leadership Development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused approach.
  • Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes.
  • Ambition and desire for professional growth.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Spanish proficiency (desired).
