Job Title: Strategic HR Partnership Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding current and future business needs, designing well thought-out plans to contribute to short and long-term improvements in team objectives, productivity, and development. They will partner with leaders, line managers, and employees to provide guidance or raise the need for solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to leaders and employees on recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development.
  • Ensure high-level employee engagement through effective monitoring of the 'pulse' of employees and champion company culture and values in all aspects of work.
  • Proactively understand pain points and possible solutions of stakeholders and support HRBP Leads in attending business projects and leader needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience in HR is essential.
  • Fluent English skills are a must.
  • Experience working for large technology companies is an added advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to quickly evaluate situations, combine business judgment and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions or recommendations.
  • Able to work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards.
  • Proactive and collaborative; performs with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and empowerment in a dynamic and agile environment that changes daily.
  • Confident communicator who knows how to communicate effectively and prepare materials in English.
