Key Responsibilities:- Prestar suporte administrativo ao cliente, informar ou solucionar eventuais problemas relativos a pendências, devoluções, atrasos em entrega, etc;
- Verificar junto aos setores de expedição, planejamento e produção a posição dos pedidos colocados e comunicar o cliente;
- Atender solicitações de serviços por parte dos clientes;
- Lançar os pedidos colocados e atendidos em formulário apropriado ou sistema;
- Liberar pedidos para emissão de faturamento;
- Coletar informações para emissão de pedidos, inclusive confirmar dados cadastrais dos clientes.
- Ensino superior em curso;
- Pacote Office completo;
- Inglês desejável;
- Prévia atuação com atendimento ao cliente;
- Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em São Paulo - SP.
