Senior Director Food Ingredients Business Development

This role is open to candidates who possess a high level of expertise and experience in the food ingredients industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing teams, and driving growth through commercial innovation.
- He or she must have a deep understanding of the market trends and dynamics of the food ingredients industry.
A specialist with 15-20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, and NPD is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop annual business plans and market share objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive profitable business growth.
- Implement innovative commercial strategies targeting new product areas and emerging markets.
- Ensure top-line and bottom-line performance.
- Experience as General Manager of a similar company is preferred.
- Familiarity with global networks of plants, sales offices, and R&D centers is an advantage.
