We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring CRM health metrics and implementing necessary fixes;
  • Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions;
  • Improving the registration-to-confirmation-and-sales funnel;
  • Segmenting clients and analyzing client metrics;
  • Designing and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains;
  • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing results;
  • Collaborating with UX, copywriters, development, and data analyst teams;
  • Developing new communication channels;
  • Ensuring SDG products adhere to mailbox provider requirements;
  • Managing internal project tasks for the development team and related departments;
  • Collaborating with the CRM team to establish user contact policies that enhance deliverability;
  • Optimizing the internal SMTP server cluster, including workload planning and scaling or infrastructure improvements;
  • Controlling and reporting on deliverability-related services.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience with CRM/CDP systems, HTML, Google Sheets/Excel, Jira/Confluence, and any BI-systems;
  • Experience with hypothesis generation, testing, and SQL;
  • Understanding of main CRM metrics;
  • English level B1+;
  • Russian level C1.
